1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum information needed to deliver service: your email address, payment confirmation data from our payment processor, and basic device/connection info required to provision your IPTV line.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To activate, renew, and support your subscription.
• To respond to your messages on WhatsApp and email.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized sharing of lines.

3. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. We share information with payment processors and hosting providers needed to operate the service. Where advertising tracking is permitted, Google Ads and, if configured, Meta also receive the advertising data described below.

4. Data Retention

Account and billing data are retained as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting our support team.

6. Cookies and Advertising

We use essential cookies and browser storage for navigation, account sessions and saved privacy choices. We use Google Ads and may use Meta Pixel when configured to measure advertising activity and permitted conversions and support advertising optimization. These providers can receive page URLs, advertising cookie identifiers, browser/device information and permitted page or conversion activity. This implementation does not add your form email, phone number, device keys or playlist credentials to advertising reports and does not perform customer matching or server-side advertising uploads.

In regions requiring advertising consent, advertising tags stay blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, we also ask before loading them. Elsewhere ordinary advertising tracking may run, subject to your explicit refusal and supported browser privacy opt-outs. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal stops further advertising tracking and does not undo data already transmitted.

We store a visitor reference, decision time, region, notice version and advertising choice in your browser, preserving earlier acceptance evidence when you withdraw. The notice version identifies the data, purposes and recipients shown when you decided. Clearing browser storage removes this local evidence and may cause us to ask again.
